Special mentions

True innovation takes many forms, which is why we are proud to celebrate five Special Mention projects that demonstrated unique design excellence. Rather than following a singular blueprint, these projects stood out for individual triumphs: one bravely conquered our most challenging site, while another laid the perfect groundwork with an excellent site analysis. We also honour an entry for its excellent concept and iteration, a project that set a new standard for design and communication, and a final piece recognized for its flawless, intuitive spatial layout. Explore these remarkable selections below to see the diverse technical and creative mastery that defined this year’s competition.
