Unlock the benefits of being an ATC

Autodesk suggest regularly reviewing the program benefits and requirements to ensure your company or organization will maximize its ATC authorization. Autodesk Authorized Training Center Program benefits include:

Genuine Autodesk software

Access Genuine Autodesk Software product subscriptions, including product extensions, to deliver training services to your customers.

Ability to promote your Autodesk partnership

Attract new learners when you use the ATC logo, product imagery, and marketing toolkits. Autodesk will feature you on Autodesk Partner Finder.

Deliver training in several permitted learning environments

Meet the demand and preference of your learners for flexible, up-to-date learning experiences by delivering training in-person at your Authorized Site, from your mobile lab, or remotely with an online conferencing tool.

Issue Autodesk course completion certificates

As an ATC, you are authorized to issue Autodesk Course Completion Certificates. Use the Autodesk Training Evaluation System (TES) to request training experience feedback and deliver personalized certificates to your learners.

Instructor professional development

Instructors affiliated with your ATC gain access to exclusive professional development resources and have the opportunity to earn global recognition as an Autodesk Certified Instructor.

Business development and support

As your authorized Autodesk Learning Partner Distributor, we will assist you in fully activating your ATC benefits and accessing technical and program support. We also regularly provide business development and promotion activities.

Requirements checklist

As an Autodesk Authorized Training Center, you must ensure that your company or organization meets the annual program requirements. Following are key ATC Program requirements:

Training delivery

Conduct at a minimum ten (10) Courses annually or 40-hours of course training on Autodesk Products per year

Schedule all Autodesk training courses in the Autodesk Training Evaluation System (TES) and ask for feedback from learners using the TES evaluation survey process.

Instructors

Employ or contract at a minimum one full-time Approved Instructor or Autodesk Certified Instructor ACI. Ensure Approved Instructors earn the ACI Standard credential per the program requirements.

Ensure your Autodesk Certified Instructors fulfil the annual ACI program requirement by meeting the annual minimums for course delivery and professional development training.

Administration

Upon ATC authorization, your company or organization will need to assign an ATC Site Manager who will act as the main point of contact for your ATC site.

The site manager is responsible for ensuring your company contact details, address information, and instructor records remain current and up to date.

Site managers also ensure that your ATC-issued Autodesk Product subscriptions are used in accordance with the ATC program terms and conditions.

At any point during Autodesk’s Program Year, an Autodesk Authorized Training Center can add new, affiliated instructors by notifying their regional Autodesk Learning Partner Distributor. Requests for approval to train additional Autodesk products can also be submitted at any time. ATC will use the corresponding program Forms when making a request and submit the Forms to your regional distributor.
