Autodesk technical support
Autodesk Learning Partners have direct access to technical support from Autodesk. The support team can help you with software installation, functionality, and interoperability issues.
To get started, simply log in to your Autodesk Account, which is linked to the Autodesk software licenses that you’ve received as an Autodesk Authorized Training Center or Autodesk Authorized Academic Partner. Your regional distributor will create an account for your ATC or AAP site manager.
Once logged in, you can utilize the Autodesk Virtual Assistant function to search the knowledgebase for answers or create a support case for the Autodesk product support team.
